Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Saakin (the website saakinmessenger.online, Saakin AI and Saakin Messenger, together the "Service"). The Service is provided by Saakin Inc ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms and you are contracting with Saakin Inc.

1. The Service

Saakin provides AI-assisted tools for creating presentations, generating and analysing images, voice input, and a messenger with chats, contacts, public content and user profiles. Paid plans (Vibe, Premium) and unique usernames are offered as described on our Pricing page.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your country (or have a guardian's consent) and, if you act for an organisation, have authority to bind it. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent usage limits or technical protections.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam, harassment or hate speech.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• No malware, probing, scraping, or interference with the security or operation of the Service.
• No generating illegal content, deceptive deepfakes of real people, sexual content involving minors, or content facilitating violence; no attempts to jailbreak or bypass AI safety filters.

5. AI features and your content

You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded content and how you use outputs, and you must have the rights to any content you upload. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify important information and do not rely on outputs as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice without qualified oversight. You retain rights to your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, to outputs you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the Service. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Rights-holders can report infringement to support@saakinmessenger.online; repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

6. Intellectual property

Saakin Inc retains all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, design and the Saakin brand.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; after cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period. See also our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time. After termination your data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these Terms.

11. General

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. We may update these Terms and will indicate the date of the latest version. Questions: support@saakinmessenger.online.
